1.員工手冊 / 指南
Employee manual / handbook
2.與勞務派遣公司的合同(如有)
Contract with labor agencies(if any)
3.花名冊包括詳細人力資源如各部門的直接、非直接、派遣和臨時工人的
數目
Worker list including detailed manpower structure of number of direct, indirect, contracted and temporary workers in each department
4.勞動合同 (所有員工)

5.人事檔案包括員工入廠登記、身份證復印件、近照和相關年齡證明文件
